The 46th Annual Volunteer Recognition and Awards Event was held at City Hall to celebrate the dedication of Hayward volunteers. This event is sponsored by the County of Alameda and the City of Hayward. Hayward Arts Council Volunteer of the Year 2024, Lani Llamido. Congratulations, Lani!
